Daily Regular & Private Tour General Terms & Conditions
Booking a service through Kaliru Travel constitutes full acceptance of the following general terms and conditions by both our company and our esteemed clients/guests.
01 - Our Tours and Rates:
We offer two types of rates on our price lists: "regular/seat-in-coach" and "private" tours. Regular tours may have other participants, while private tours are exclusively for the clients who booked them. Private tours are more expensive but provide enhanced privacy and flexibility. Since regular tours can be booked until the last moment, the exact number of tour participants cannot be provided in advance. These tours may also combine different itineraries, resulting in potential substitutions of guides and vehicles. Regular tours will be operated in 3 attendees & museum entrance fees are not included in the price.
Our private tour rates are applicable for up to 9 persons, and for 10 or more participants, a special rate will be provided. All rates are quoted in Euro currency and are valid between 01.01.2024 and 30.12.2024. The Euro buying rate of the Central Bank on the tour commencement day is considered for invoicing. All tour rates include English-speaking guidance (other language guides available with a surcharge for private tours), air-conditioned transportation, and specified admission fees unless stated otherwise. The option to use a guide who can also drive or a separate guide and chauffeur may be utilized depending on the situation. Daily tour rates do not cover airport pick-up and drop-off fees. Timings provided for daily tours are approximate and subject to change based on the number of participants and hotel locations.
02 - The Validity of the Prices:
While every effort is made to maintain accuracy, circumstances beyond Kaliru Travel's control may require adjustments to quoted prices. Kaliru Travel reserves the right to modify travel arrangement prices due to factors like airfare and tour cost increases, exchange rate fluctuations, fuel surcharges, and value-added tax changes. However, once full payment is received, the quoted prices are guaranteed. Additional taxes imposed by the government after releasing this Confidential Tariff may also impact rates.
03 - Exclusions on Our Services:
Our rates do not cover passport and visa charges, travel and medical health insurance (recommended from the origin country), excess baggage, items not explicitly mentioned as included, and personal expenses such as laundry, communication costs, beverages (including bottled water, tea, and coffee), meals not specified in the itinerary, and gratuities. Tips to guides and drivers are customary and at the guests' discretion.

Smoking is strictly prohibited inside tour vehicles. However, frequent stops will be made to allow smoking breaks outside the vehicles.
06 - Payments:
Payments can be made through either of the following methods:
Wire transfer to one of our account numbers (details available on request). All bank charges are the responsibility of the sender.
Credit card payments through VISA or MasterCard. The billed amount may be in Turkish Lira at the current exchange rate, leading to slight differences from the quoted Euro currency amount on credit card statements due to currency rate fluctuations and bank conversion commissions.
The Euro currency buying rate of the Central Bank on the tour commencement day is considered for invoicing. Pre-payments in Turkish Lira must also reflect the Euro currency buying rate of the Central Bank on the payment date.
07 - Pick Up / Drop-Off Issues:
For regular tours, pick-up times vary based on the guests' hotel locations. Guests arriving at their hotels before the scheduled pick-up time should wait until the designated time. Drop-off times for regular tours are approximate. For those with flights after the tour, airport transfers can be arranged for an extra fee. However, we cannot be held responsible for extended waiting hours at airports or train stations. Private tours or drop-off plans at city centers can be recommended for such cases.

While touring, Kaliru Travel regrets but cannot be held responsible for any damage or injury to participants, unless caused directly by our company.
09 - Cancellation Policy:
Cancellations by participants must be made in writing, and the date of receipt of the written notification will determine the cancellation's effectiveness.
