The General Terms and Conditions are an integral part of the tour program and cannot be separated from it. The tour itinerary is valid as of the date of publication, and any subsequent tour itinerary for the same tour supersedes the previous one.

• Reservation: The allocation of seat numbers cannot be guaranteed during the reservation process.
• Transportation and Accommodation: There is no guarantee for transportation and hotel preferences mentioned during the reservation process.
• Child Discounts: Child discounts applied in tour packages are valid for one child accompanied by two adults. For children aged 0-6, a separate bed may not be provided in the hotel accommodation.
• Price Increase: Gradual price increases may be applied to tour packages.
• Unused Services: Unused transportation, accommodation, sightseeing, or any other included services are non-refundable.
• Minimum Number of Participants: In the event that the minimum number of participants is not reached, Kaliru Tourism reserves the right to cancel the tour up to 10 days before the departure date. In such a case, Kaliru Tourism is responsible for notifying the guests personally.
• Air Travel: For tours that include air travel, the terms and conditions of the airline are applicable. Cancellation insurance does not cover air transportation. Economy class is used for our tours involving air travel.
• Entrance Fees: Unless otherwise stated, entrance fees to museums, archaeological sites, and any other specified attractions are not included in the tour price. Participants are responsible for making their own payments.
• Extra Tours: Extra tours mentioned in the program are subject to the number of participants and the availability of staff.
• Program Changes: The tour guide may make changes to the program schedule (such as the order of sightseeing locations within a day or between days) based on factors such as weather conditions and road conditions.
• Force Majeure: Kaliru Tourism is not responsible for any unvisited places mentioned in the tour program due to unforeseen circumstances such as weather conditions, road conditions, or overcrowding at the sites.
• Health and Medications: Participants should carry relevant medical reports and documents regarding their health conditions, pregnancy status, and necessary medications.
• Accommodation: The hotel names mentioned in the tour program represent the priority of accommodation facilities. Due to high demand and force majeure circumstances, hotels may be subject to change while maintaining the same standard.
• Dress Code: Participants are advised to dress appropriately for the geographical and weather conditions of the tour region, as well as the tour concept. Suitable clothing, accessories, and footwear (such as boots, sandals, and water shoes) should be chosen.
• Vehicle Types: The type of vehicles used during the tour will be determined based on the number of participants. Buses are used for groups of 28-46 people, minibusses for 17-27 people, and minivans for up to 16 people.
